These terms and conditions are applicable to your use of our website (www.noiseinvasion.com). By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
All sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from NoiseInvasion are licensed, not sold, to you by NoiseInvasion. NoiseInvasion is the exclusive copyright holder and licensor of all sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from NoiseInvasion.
By purchasing sounds from NoiseInvasion you are granted a non-exclusive right/license to incorporate NoiseInvasion’s sounds in sync and within audio, visual, or multimedia productions and compositions. Audio, visual, and multimedia productions and compositions that qualify include film productions, television programs, radio/tv advertisements, website media, video game production, business presentations, album productions, artist promotions, and soundtracks – royalty free. However, NoiseInvasion products cannot be used in any productions or compositions for any Sound and/or Loop libraries whatsoever.
You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any of NoiseInvasion sounds except as incorporated in an audio, visual, or multimedia production. You may not distribute NoiseInvasion’s sounds, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, multi-samples, programs or patches in a sampler, sample playback unit, website, compact disc, DVD, or computer. You may not distribute NoiseInvasion’s sounds independently of an audio, visual, or multimedia production. You may not use NoiseInvasion’s sound/loop products for the promotion and/or production of any competing products or services. Additionally, you may not upload the products you purchase to file-sharing sites, torrent sites, Peer-2-Peer sites, Crack or Warez sites.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. This does not, of course, affect any other rights that you may have.
Payment will be taken from the Credit or Debit Card through PayPal only. You will not receive any download links until full payment is received. If you need further assistance or information regarding the payment methods, feel free to contact us.
The “downloads” we sell are “products” in digital format that are transferred from our server(s) direct to your computer. These products are compressed into ZIP/RAR files (made smaller using compression software) to enable faster downloading. You will be able to use the product as if you had installed it from a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. It only takes 1-2 minute to decompress a product, and happily, both Windows and Mac OSX have options to do so within their platforms. So, there is no need to pay for additional software.
After you have paid for your products you will receive an email containing your download links. When you click these links it will send you back to our site where you can download your product(s) instantly. IP Addresses are tracked for security purposes.
All products, MP3 demos, materials, artwork, graphics, text, interfaces, logos, images and photographs on this website are owned or licensed to NoiseInvasion and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws.
